Business Description
Career history and recent achievements:
After returning from UK, Ian joined a local Property Consultancy firm in 2002. During his six years there, he worked in various departments and they include Property and Facilities Management, Valuation and Investment.
With more than 12 years of real estate experience, Ian has advised and successfully transacted over SGD 2 billion worth of deals in Singapore and Overseas. Deals brokered include Straits Trading Building, Royal Wharf (London), Septimus Roe (Australia), Gallery Hotel, Long House, McDonald’s Place, Lion City Hotel and Parakou Building, amongst others.
In 2011, he was appointed to head Knight Frank Investment & Capital Markets Department which comprises 3 divisions, namely Investment Land, Capital Markets and Commercial Sales.
He is also a licensed valuer and has also conducted seminars on the investment and enbloc market for SISV.
