Who Can Join ?
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
Associations providing services or associated with the real estate profession may apply to become Principal Members of FIABCI. Membership is through a FIABCI chapter. If the association is located in a country where there is no FIABCI Chapter, direct admission can be granted.
INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES
Individuals or companies practicing a real estate profession or connected to the real estate sector may apply for membership through a FIABCI chapter.
PUBLIC SECTOR INSTITUTIONS
National, Regional and Local government bodies and public agencies may apply to join. Membership is through a FIABCI chapter. If the institution is located in a country where there is no FIABCI Chapter, associations may apply for admission directly.
ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS
Universities, colleges and professional schools whose curricula include subjects related to real property matters can apply to become members through a FIABCI chapter.
YOUNG MEMBERS AND STUDENTS
Professionals aged 35 or younger and full time students in real estate benefit from discounted Young Member rates through FIABCI chapters.
